Our Story

Flour & Ember began in a tiny home kitchen with a simple mission: revive the craft of slow fermentation and wood-fired baking. We source heritage grains from local farms, mill them on-site, and let time work its magic—our breads ferment for up to 48 hours.

Our wood-fired oven, hand-built by local artisans, reaches over 500°F, giving each loaf its signature ember-kissed crust. Every day, we knead, shape, and bake by hand, carrying forward traditions that nourish both body and community.
